David John Zielske was born October 24, 1962 in Marshfield, WI. He died on May 24, 2016 at his home in St. Paul Park. Dave is survived by his parents, Rev. Daniel and Joan Zielske; siblings Deborah (Steve) Cowing, Daniel (Cathryn) Zielske, Joy (David) McElroy, Rev. Jonathan (Anne) Zielske, and Stacey (Tom) Anderson. Dave attended Central Lutheran School in St. Paul and graduated from Ramsey Sr. High School in 1981. He was a kind, big-hearted, gentle person who loved creative gardening and landscaping,… carpentry, and his cat Gizmo. Dave will be missed by many friends and family. Memorial Service on Friday, May 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Lutheran on Capitol Hill (105 University Ave. W., St. Paul) with visitation one hour prior. Memorials can be given to Household of Faith, a recovery church in St. Paul Park and Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge.
