Hello,

 

We have your group set for a 4:00pm pickup with the 22 passenger luxury bus for this Saturday. Our 26-30 passenger bus did get reserved by a group during this time so if you have more than 22 passengers we will make two trips for the start of your reservation. For the end of the night pickup the 26-30 passenger party bus is open so we can make one trip. If you need to make any adjustment feel free to let me know.

Pickup is scheduled at 3505 Vadnais Center Dr, Vadnais Heights.

 

I have some information to share with you which we pass along to all groups before a reservation. We ask groups to please not smoke or consume any food inside the vehicle as well to help prevent any extra charges to your card on file. Also important is that the group keep hands off the mirrored/ black polished surfaces mainly on the ceiling.

There is delicate fiber optic lighting which can be broken or the mirrors are often scratched by rings or jewelry. We do charge $100.00 for this reason for handprints on the polished ceiling and then more if there are scratches found. The chauffeur should also mention this at the start of your trip but it helps to let the group know in advance. If the group want to move around the cabin we ask they put their hands off to the sides of the mirrored/polished ceiling for support. Your chauffeur can point out a safe place. We also ask group to not put any shoes on the seats and keep sharp objects out of your back pockets to prevent holes or tears.

 

We will have complimentary pop, water, ice napkins and glassware for the group. If the group has an Ipod or Mp3 player we should have an aux cable on board for connecting to the sound system. CDs are also an option. A remainder balance of $150.00 will be due at the time of pickup to your chauffeur. This can be either by a check, cash or a credit card.
